Out of the 13 students, eleven Christchurch students travelled down to the West End Bowling Club in Timaru on Thursday 19 November to compete in the SISS Year 9 & 10 Singles.

The students were from a range of schools across Christchurch, Papanui High, St Thomas College, St Bede’s College, and St Andrew’s College. The Christchurch students either had been participating in Wednesday Sport at the Centre Green / Morrison Ave BC or are members of a local bowling club.

Congratulations to all students who competed. They all played some great bowls and their futures in bowls are looking bright.
