At the Bowls NZ AGM in September our very own Ann Wright will be appointed as President of Bowls NZ for the next two years.

This is an enormous honour, and it recognises the huge contribution Ann has made to our sport as well as the high esteem she is held in the community nationally. Ann’s knowledge of the sport as an umpire, player and administrator along with her friendly outgoing personality draws people to her and makes her a very worthy ambassador for our sport.  It will be a busy two years for Ann, we wish her well and look forward seeing her around the greens in her Bowls NZ uniform not her usual umpires clothing.
