For club recorders, enter your club’s results in the relevant competition. Each division to have a separate page.
Click on the relevant event to get the page that is filled in with your club’s results
Results must be divided into their correct divisions – recorders, please do not put all your results of the same event together if they are from different divisions . Sections within that division are entered on the same page eg. juniors and vets.
Would recorders please check to see what results are displayed. Would you kindly re-send the missing results or those unconfirmed through this page or by email or fax. If they have been received from your club and not the opponent, it will be showing blue and *Rcvd* on your result.
Results are updated by volunteers on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and the latest update is shown at the top of the web page.
The process for Interclub results is as follows:
The result from each Interclub game is entered into the website (this page) by each Club’s recorder from where it is converted electronically to an email and processed by our Events & Marketing Coordinator at the Centre office. If a club defaults to you, type DEFAULTED or put 0 as your score and 75 to the opponent. Currently the non-offending club is awarded a win with 75 shots and “win by default ” shows for your club and “defaulted” for the opponent on the web page. It also alerts the Events & Marketing Coordinator to the situation for aggregate shots and ends should there be a tie.
The first result received for each game shows as a blue or purple colour on your screen and shows “*Rcvd*” on your result, and when the opponent result is processed, should the information be exactly the same, the blue/purple will become either red (win), green (loss) or lemon (draw). Any results input by hand do not show as received. They are manually confirmed.
So if the information sent on each game is not the same, the colour will not change until further investigation is done. The Events & Marketing Coordinator may phone both the club recorders requesting each card be emailed or delivered to the Centre office where they will review the result. A time consuming process that could be sorted easily – often because the Skips sign cards that have different scores
