Once again at the conclusion of the season we will be putting together a Playing Programme Review Panel.
Below are some important information files:
A reminder that we are seeking members for the panel who are able to discuss submission/ideas that would impact clubs throughout the Canterbury region, not just their own individual club.
To generate new discussion and ideas, it would be great to see people nominated for the panel who have not sat on it before.
Along with submissions we would like to have feedback (both positive and negative) on the changes we made in the 2018/2019 season. Major changes to the season were, but not limited to the following:
- Men’s & Women’s Sevens
- Under 8 Pairs – not home & away format
- Pennants competitions – scoring system
- Pre Christmas Interclub starting date – 13/10/18
Please make sure that if you or your club liked any changes made this season that you also submit this to the panel. Positive feedback on changes is just as important as negative feedback.
It would also be helpful to the panel that any recommendations submitted comes with reasoning behind the recommendation, this will help with discussion.
No decision has been made yet on the Under 8's events reverting back to Juniors (Under 5's), but we do welcome feedback on this topic.
