Bowls Canterbury is pleased to annouce the following two clubs as hosts for the Centre and Champion of Champion Finals Weekend:

Centre Finals Weekend; 1-2 February 2020 at New Brighton Bowling Club

New Brighton BC have been working extremely hard in recent years to showcase their club to the rest of the Bowling Community and their own community. Having seen the success of Woolston Park and Parklands in previous years, they have a group of keen volunteers ready to host this fantastic weekend and we at Bowls Canterbury look forward to working with them to ensure their success. Earlier in the year the Club was crowned Club of the Year at the Bowls Canterbury awards and the club are looking forward to showcasing what they can do.

Champion of Champion Weekend; 28-29 March 2020 at Papanui Club

Papanui Club are ready to tackle event! This year they have been given the opportunity to be headquarters for the Bowls NZ Nationals and we have every faith in them doing an exception job as host headquarters. Hosting the Champion of Champion’s event will be a walk in the park for this super club!  Also new to the Finals Weekend host, we are excited to work with the amazing crew that is Papanui Club with all our Champion of Champions finalists.
